If you are having any issues with an order and wish to return a Chubby Chews product, start by contacting customer service through our contact us page. A written return authorization is required from Chubby Chews to be eligible for a refund. We stand behind our products, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may contact us for a full refund minus shipping costs within a full 30 days of the receipt of the order.  All products purchased through the getchubbychews.com have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.  

If you are not satisfied with any product, follow these guidelines to receive a refund:

1. Reach out through our contact us page within 30 days of purchase.

2. Provide feedback regarding your return with your name and order number included.

3. Once return is approved a refund will be given.

4. We will return opened or unopened products. 

Please Note: We cannot offer a refund on any products purchased from third party websites or retailers.  If you purchased our product through a distributor or retailer, you are required to contact the original purchase location for any return or exchange. Refunds will not be given on products that are defective due to personal negligence. These products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach of pets and children. Products that are damaged or lost during shipment will be replaced at no cost to the customer.  We will require a picture of the damaged product for verification. 

We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products.  If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any benefits or use these products may provide. If you purchased the wrong product we will offer a return or exchange once we receive the unopened product. Per our refund policy, we require the return of any open or unopened product that is being refunded: 

Once we receive a return notice, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing.  After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
